About Beginning To Zen

At Beginning To Zen (BTZ), creating a community which is a safe haven for people to share and explore changing belief systems is our main focus.  Feelings of self-doubt, depression, anxiety or “losing your mind” are natural when letting go of anything that will significantly change your core beliefs. 

We promote this exploration using creative expression in all of its various forms.  Our posts contain information, resources, tools and products to help you find a creative outlet that may reduce the severity of symptoms without adding prescription drugs. BTZ seeks to introduces alternative, drugfree ways to cope with change that may compliment existing medical treatment if not replace it altogether.  Only you and your doctor decide when prescribed medication is the most viable treatment option for you.
